Trupanion Q2 FY26 net income falls to $6.8 million; revenue rises 11% to $392.9 million

Trupanion posted Q2 revenue of $392.9 million, up 11% from a year earlier; net income slipped to $6.8 million, or $0.16 a share.
Adjusted EBITDA rose to $19.8 million from $16.6 million in the prior-year quarter.
Subscription business revenue climbed 14% to $276.7 million; subscription enrolled pets increased 5% to 1,124,548 at June 30.
Total enrolled pets fell 2% to 1,633,131; operating cash flow increased to $21 million, lifting free cash flow to $19.2 million.

The board authorized a $100 million share repurchase program.
