- Kieper-Fusco is president, CEO and owner of Fusco Personnel, a Latham, New York staffing and recruiting firm.
- Guentner is a broker associate at RE/MAX Palm Realty in Sarasota, Florida, and formerly owner and CEO of RE/MAX Platinum Realty.
- Both also joined the board of Trustco Bank, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary.
