Trutankless filed a Form 12b-25 to delay its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The company said the filing is expected within five calendar days of the original due date under Rule 12b-25.

Accountants did not finish the required financial statements, auditors did not complete their review, and management did not finish MD&A by the deadline.

Trutankless said no significant change in results from the year-earlier period is anticipated in the delayed report.
