TScan Therapeutics highlighted a strategic pivot toward in vivo-engineered TCR-T cell therapies for solid tumors, centered on a T-cell targeted lentiviral platform.
The company said two in vivo TCR-T candidates have advanced into IND-enabling work, with the PRAME and MAGE-A4 programs prioritized for solid tumor indications.
Other programs paused as company seeks partnership
The company said its Phase 3 solid tumor study has been paused to allow data to mature, while it pursues external manufacturing and a strategic partnership.
Its heme malignancies and autoimmunity programs have also been put on hold pending a partnership, with patients continuing follow-up in the and studies.
