TTEC to Add 330+ Cairo Roles by April 2026 for AI-Enabled CX Growth
TTEC will hire over 330 new team members in Cairo by end of April 2026 to support its multilingual, AI-enabled customer experience services. The Cairo site now employs 500 staff across 11 languages and aims to expand to over 4,000 employees in Egypt by 2029 under a 2025 MOU.
1. Major Hiring Initiative
TTEC plans to add more than 330 new roles at its Cairo delivery center by the end of April 2026 to meet rising demand for multilingual, AI-enabled customer experience services. Open positions include customer service and bilingual sales roles across French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese and Turkish language pairs.
2. Strategic Growth in Egypt
Since its 2023 entry into Egypt, TTEC’s Cairo site has grown to over 500 employees serving 11 languages and now operates a state-of-the-art facility in Maadi Technology Park. A November 2025 memorandum aims to scale the Cairo workforce to more than 4,000 employees by 2029, underscoring Egypt’s role as a key strategic delivery hub.
3. Talent Development and Innovation
TTEC Egypt has earned Great Place to Work® certification for two consecutive years based on employee feedback, and more than two-thirds of leadership roles are filled internally. The Cairo center also functions as an innovation hub, providing hands-on experience with AI tools, cloud platforms and advanced customer engagement technologies.
