Tuniu Corp reported Q4 2025 net revenues up 20% year-over-year with core packaged tour sales jumping 35%, achieving quarterly and full-year profitability for the third consecutive year. Live streaming drove over 15% of total transactions and the company guided Q1 2026 revenues of CNY125.7 million to CNY131.6 million, up 7%–12%.

1. Strong Q4 Financial Performance

Tuniu achieved Q4 2025 net revenues of CNYX (20% increase YoY) and saw core packaged tour revenues climb 35%. The company recorded both quarterly and annual non-GAAP profitability, marking its third consecutive year of full-year profit.

2. Strategic Product Expansions

In 2025 Tuniu diversified its offerings with niche destination packages, zero shopping policies and the Niu Select series for cost-effective travel. It also broadened its coverage to international routes, aiming to capture new customer segments.

3. Technology and Sales Initiatives

Tuniu launched a self-developed AI travel agent to streamline bookings and cut costs. Live streaming sales grew to account for over 15% of transaction volume, with a focus on personalized services and high-ticket products.

4. Q1 2026 Outlook

Tuniu forecasted Q1 2026 net revenues between CNY125.7 million and CNY131.6 million, representing a 7%–12% year-over-year increase. This guidance reflects initial expectations for sustained growth in its core and emerging segments.
