Turning Point Brands outlines modern oral expansion strategy
Turning Point Brands outlined a strategy to expand its modern oral nicotine pouch business, aiming for double-digit market share by 2030.
Management estimated the nicotine pouch category at about $5 billion in 2025, rising to about $10 billion by 2030.
2025 financials and revenue mix
Turning Point Brands said 2025 net sales totaled $463 million and adjusted EBITDA was $120 million. The company said its market cap was about $1.6 billion as of June 30, 2026.
Nicotine pouches represented about 42% of revenue, far above large tobacco peers cited at roughly 3%-5%.
