TurnOnGreen announces annual shareholder meeting

TurnOnGreen will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Sept. 18, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on electing three directors.
A proposal seeks authority for a reverse stock split ranging from 1-for-50 to 1-for-500, with the final ratio set by the board.
Investors will also vote on adopting the 2026 Stock Incentive Plan.
Other items include ratifying CBIZ CPAs as auditor for fiscal 2026, with an adjournment proposal if needed.
