Tutor Perini unit Lunda Construction won a $33.45 million Minnesota DOT contract for Highway 77 work in Hennepin and Dakota counties.
The project covers roadway reconstruction, safety and lighting upgrades, and rehabilitation of 10 bridges from Nicols Road to American Boulevard.
Work is set to start in fall 2026, with substantial completion targeted for fall 2028. The contract is expected to enter backlog in Q3 2026.
