Tutor Perini unit wins $315 million Coast Guard fuel pier contract
TPC•Perini Management Services won a U.S. Coast Guard contract valued at about $315 million to build a fuel pier at Base Kodiak, Alaska. Substantial completion is expected in September 2030, and the contract will be added to Tutor Perini’s backlog in the third quarter of 2026.
1. Kodiak fuel pier project
Perini Management Services, a Tutor Perini unit, won the contract for a new U.S. Coast Guard fuel pier at Base Kodiak, Alaska. The project is intended to expand dock capacity for up to two major cutter berths. Design started in late September, substantial completion is expected in September 2030, and the contract is to be added to Tutor Perini’s backlog in the third quarter of 2026.
