TWLOTWLO

UBS analysts cite over 10 customer checks predicting Twilio's voice revenue could double as enterprises deploy its AI-driven support and sales workflows. Twilio also secured a multi-year partnership with AEG to integrate its customer engagement platform across Crypto.com Arena, LA Kings and AXS's ticketing, expanding its sports and entertainment footprint.

1. UBS Sees AI-Driven Voice Revenue Doubling Potential

UBS analysts remain highly optimistic on Twilio’s ability to scale voice revenue through enterprise AI deployments. In a recent note, UBS cited more than 10 customer checks indicating an increasing number of large corporations evaluating or already integrating Twilio to support AI-driven customer support and sales workflows. Based on these checks, the firm projects that Twilio’s voice revenue, which represented roughly 20% of total revenue last year, could double over the next 18–24 months. UBS estimates this AI-enabled lift could contribute an incremental $500 million in annualized voice bookings by 2025, reinforcing its view that Twilio’s AI opportunity is both real and still in its early stages of adoption.

2. Strategic AEG Partnership Expands Twilio’s Live-Entertainment Footprint

Twilio has inked a multi-year agreement with AEG that extends its customer engagement platform across Crypto.com Arena, the LA Kings and AXS, AEG’s global ticketing business. This marks Twilio’s first partnership with a major venue, NHL franchise and primary ticketing platform simultaneously. Under the deal, Twilio will serve as Founding Partner of Crypto.com Arena—home to over 200 events annually—gain exclusive away-helmet branding on LA Kings road games, and become an official media partner for AXS. AEG will leverage Twilio Segment, Programmable Messaging and Verify to build detailed fan profiles, drive personalized SMS and multi-factor authentication, and deliver data-driven offers before, during and after live events. Through premium LED ribbon takesovers, 360-degree scoreboard exposure and L.A. LIVE signage reaching millions each year, Twilio aims to strengthen brand visibility and generate new pipeline opportunities in the $30 billion live-entertainment market.
