Twilio will release Q4 and fiscal-2025 results Feb. 12, 2026 after market close with a 2 p.m. PT/5 p.m. ET call. UBS projects voice revenue could double as AI deployments expand, and Twilio integrates its engagement platform at Crypto.com Arena, the LA Kings and AXS in a multi-year AEG partnership.
1. Q4 and Fiscal Year 2025 Results Scheduled for February 12, 2026
Twilio has set the release of its fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2025 financial results for Thursday, February 12, 2026, immediately after the market close. The company will host a live conference call at 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET) to discuss revenue growth, gross margin trends and free cash flow performance with investors and analysts. Webcast registration is open on Twilio’s Investor Relations site, where the live stream and replay—available until February 12, 2027—will detail customer count growth, average revenue per user and progress on annual operating expense targets.
2. UBS Sees AI-Driven Revenue Upside
In a recent note, UBS analysts highlighted evidence from more than 10 customer checks indicating that enterprises are increasingly deploying Twilio’s communications platform to power AI-driven customer support and sales workflows. The team forecasts that revenue from voice and conversational AI products could double over the next two years, reflecting expanding usage of Twilio’s programmable voice APIs and its early-stage Gauntlet AI suite. UBS pointed to multi-million-dollar deals signed with three major financial services firms in fiscal 2025 as proof points for an accelerating enterprise AI infrastructure opportunity.
3. Expanded Presence in Live Entertainment with AEG Partnership
Twilio announced a multi-year strategic deal with AEG to integrate its customer engagement platform across Crypto.com Arena, the LA Kings and AXS, AEG’s global ticketing business. Under the agreement, Twilio will be the Founding Partner of Crypto.com Arena—home to over 200 events annually—and gain exclusive LED ribbon board and scoreboard branding. The company’s Segment Customer Data Platform and Programmable Messaging will drive personalized fan communications for more than 20 million annual ticket buyers. Management expects the partnership to open a new vertical with potential incremental annual revenue in the mid-to-high single digit millions, while enhancing Twilio’s visibility among top entertainment and sports brands worldwide.
