Twin Vee PowerCats announces special shareholder meeting
VEEE•Special shareholder meeting set for Sept. 8
Twin Vee PowerCats stockholders will meet virtually on Sept. 8, 2026 to vote on ratifying a 1-for-37 reverse stock split retroactive to May 4, 2026.
The ballot also covers a corporate name change to Twin Vee Bahama Co.
Shareholders will also vote on an adjournment option to seek additional proxies if support is insufficient for the reverse split ratification or the name change.
