Twin Vee PowerCats announces special shareholder meeting

Twin Vee PowerCats will hold a virtual special stockholder meeting on [____________], 2026.
Stockholders will vote on ratification of a 1-for-37 reverse stock split dated May 4, 2026, including related corporate actions to validate it. They will also vote on a charter amendment to rename the company to Twin Vee Bahama Co.
The meeting will also consider an adjournment to seek additional votes if support is insufficient for the reverse split ratification or name change.
