Tyler Technologies reported third-quarter 2026 GAAP net income of $95.1 million, up 13% year over year, and total revenue of $647.6 million, up 9%. SaaS revenue rose 21% to $242.2 million. The company acquired CODY Systems for approximately $27.7 million in cash, repurchased approximately $379 million of shares, and Chief Executive Lynn Moore said approximately 300 deals containing AI had been sold across its client base to date.
