Tyra Biosciences priced an underwritten offering expected to raise about USD 400 million in gross proceeds.
The deal includes 9,079,000 common shares at USD 22.03 per share. The company also issued pre-funded warrants for 9,078,529 shares at USD 22.029 each, with a USD 0.001 exercise price.
Closing and planned use of proceeds
Closing is expected on Sept. 15, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
Net proceeds are earmarked to advance dabogratinib “3x3” programs, fund research and development, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
