U-BX Technology held its annual shareholder meeting on Nov. 4, 2025.
Shareholders passed a special resolution to change the corporate name to MindForge, authorizing directors to implement it within one year.
Board sets effective date and ticker change
The board executed the name change on July 10, 2026; it took effect on July 15, 2026.
Directors also cleared a ticker change for Class A shares to MF from UBXG; trading under the new name and symbol starts July 20, 2026.
The Class A ordinary shares’ CUSIP will remain unchanged.
