Uber launches public takeover offer for Delivery Hero

BERLIN, July 16 (Reuters) - Uber UBER.N on Thursday launched a public takeover offer for German food delivery company Delivery Hero DHER.DE, offering 41.50 euros ($47.58) in cash per share, according to a German regulatory filing.

($1 = 0.8722 euros)
