UBS•UBS’s Global Wealth Report finds global personal wealth rose 10.8% in 2025, generating nearly one million new U.S. dollar millionaires, with over 440,000 in the United States. 1. Global Wealth Growth
UBS’s annual Global Wealth Report shows global personal wealth climbed 10.8% in 2025, up from 4.6% in 2024 and 4.2% in 2023, driven by robust financial markets that generated nearly one million new U.S. dollar millionaires.
2. Regional Wealth Breakdown
The United States led gains with over 440,000 new millionaires, accounting for nearly half of the total, while Europe saw disproportionate wealth growth in U.S. dollar terms due to last year’s dollar depreciation against the euro.

Despite the surge in average wealth, median wealth declined in most of the 56 markets analyzed, underscoring a widening wealth gap between the richest and the broader population.
