UBS boosted its price target on Advanced Micro Devices to $670 from $455 and maintained a Buy rating, citing accelerating demand for standalone server CPUs as AI workloads expand across cloud infrastructure.
2. Upgraded Revenue Projections
The firm lifted its revenue estimates for standalone server CPUs to $16 billion in 2026, $23 billion in 2027, $29 billion in 2028 and $50 billion by 2030, reflecting expectations of increasing data center adoption of AMD’s EPYC processors.
3. Valuation and Execution Risks
