Redemption dates for senior notes

UBS plans to redeem all outstanding USD 6.442% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior Callable Notes due 2028 on Sept. 17, 2026.

Redemption is also planned for all outstanding USD 4.282% Senior Notes due 2028 on Sept. 17, 2026.

UBS expects to call all outstanding GBP 7.375% Fixed Rate Reset Senior Callable Notes due 2033 on Sept. 17, 2026.

The last trading day for the affected instruments is set for Sept. 15, 2026.
