Ucommune calls extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
UK•Ucommune will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Beijing on Nov. 9, 2026, where shareholders will vote on a potential reverse share split and a proposal to increase authorized share capital to 1 billion shares.
1. Meeting proposals
The potential reverse split would be triggered if Ucommune’s Nasdaq bid price stays below $1.00 for three consecutive trading days. The split ratio could range from 10-for-1 to 2-for-1, aiming to retain at least 500,000 publicly held shares. A separate proposal seeks to increase authorized share capital to 1 billion shares, including 999.4 million Class A shares.
