Udemy Sets Q4/FY25 Results Release for February 5, Coursera Merger Pending
Udemy will report fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results on February 5, 2026, and will not host an earnings conference call. The release notes Udemy’s pending combination with Coursera remains subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
1. Udemy and Indeed Identify Critical Upskilling Disconnect
Udemy, in partnership with Indeed, released “The Future-Proofing Instinct” report analyzing data from September 2023 to September 2025 across Australia, India, the UK and the US. The study found that just 4% of job postings mention AI despite 67.5% of employee upskilling efforts targeting AI skills. In the technology sector, 95% of learning by tech professionals focused on AI, yet only 17.5% of the fastest-growing tech job posting skills were AI-related. In manufacturing, 60% of learner interest was in AI, while AI did not appear in the sector’s top skills listings in any of the four markets. Conversely, soft skills such as communication, critical thinking and leadership featured heavily in Indeed’s high-growth job posting lists but were underrepresented among Udemy’s fastest-growing course enrollments, signaling a gap that could impact workforce performance and collaboration in an AI-driven economy.
2. Udemy to Release Q4 and Full Year 2025 Financial Results on February 5
Udemy announced it will report fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results after market close on Thursday, February 5, 2026. In light of its pending combination with Coursera—which remains subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals—Udemy will not host an earnings conference call. Investors can access the press release via the “Quarterly Results” section of Udemy’s Investor Relations website. The timing of this release aligns with Udemy’s strategic focus on integrating its AI-powered skills acceleration platform with Coursera’s offerings to enhance content breadth and global reach.
