UFP Industries Unveils Fire-Resistant Decking, Lightweight Joists and Composite Trim

UFP Industries showcased its Deckorators Summit decking with Surestone® technology and new Altitude line featuring a fire-resistant core and Class B rating, alongside ProWood’s lighter TrueFrame™ Joist. The firm also introduced Edge’s mineral-based Arris™ composite trim and launched Frame Forward Systems for offsite-built structural components.

2. Deckorators Summit and Altitude Lines

The company’s Deckorators brand displayed its Summit decking line with proprietary Surestone® technology for enhanced durability, alongside the new Altitude line featuring a fire-resistant core and a Class B flame-spread rating for improved safety.

3. ProWood TrueFrame Joist and Edge Arris Trim

ProWood’s TrueFrame™ Joist, a kiln-dried after-treatment solution, was showcased for its lighter weight and resistance to cupping and warping, while Edge introduced Arris™, a mineral-based composite trim using Surestone® technology that resists cracking and separation.

4. Launch of Frame Forward Systems

UFP Site Built debuted its Frame Forward Systems, offering offsite-precision wall panels, floor cassettes, roof trusses and stairs that aim to accelerate project timelines, reduce on-site labor and ensure consistent delivery from design through installation.
