UHT Q2 FY26 net income rises to $5.9 million; revenue edges up 4.9% to $25 million

UHT posted Q2 net income of USD 5.9 million, up 31.2% from a year earlier; funds from operations (non-GAAP) rose 6.1% to USD 12.5 million.
Revenue edged up 4.9% to USD 25 million; net interest expense narrowed to USD 4.45 million from USD 4.72 million.
Results included a USD 724,000 gain on sale of land; management cited higher property-level income and a lower average effective borrowing rate.
Cash flow, dividends and borrowing capacity
Cash from operations in the first half was USD 24.4 million, down from USD 25.3 million; dividends paid totaled USD 20.8 million.
UHT lifted credit agreement capacity to USD 475 million; borrowings were USD 365.6 million with USD 109.4 million available at June 30, 2026.
