Sept. 14 (Reuters) - Britain’s FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Monday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.16%.
Company updates from AstraZeneca, GSK and Revolut
- AstraZeneca: AstraZeneca's AZN.L breast cancer pill failed to meet the main goal of improving progression-free survival in a late-stage trial, the company said, a week after the treatment received U.S. approval.
- GSK: GSK GSK.L said it will be shutting down a vaccine factory in Dresden, Germany, in the summer of 2027, citing decreasing demand for traditional egg-based flu vaccines.
- Revolut: British fintech Revolut confirmed that sensitive customer information was disclosed to an unauthorized third party after it received fraudulent requests from a legitimate government agency email domain.
Oil, gold and metals move on supply and policy concerns
