FTSE 100 seen opening lower
Sept. 2 (Reuters) - Britain’s FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Wednesday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.5%.

Shell: Shell SHEL.L said it will take full ownership of Tri Star Energy, a U.S. convenience store operator and fuel distributor, deepening its push into the United States.
