MOSCOW, Aug. 10 (Reuters) - Ukrainian drones have carried out a deadly drone attack on industrial and civilian targets in the city of Nizhnekamsk in Russia's Tatarstan region, which killed a number of people, Radmir Belyayev, the city's mayor, said in a statement on Telegram.

Nizhnekamsk hosts a major oil refinery.
