UL Solutions Q2 FY26 net income more than doubled to $254 million; revenue rises 5.2% to $816 million

Q2 revenue and profit jump
UL Solutions posted Q2 revenue of $816 million, up 5.2% year over year, including 6.6% organic growth.
Net income more than doubled to $254 million; diluted EPS rose to $1.21.
Net income margin widened to 31.1%, up 18.6 percentage points, due to a gain on sale of its Employee Health and Safety software business.
Adjusted EBITDA and margin improve
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) increased 11.2% to $219 million; adjusted EBITDA margin expanded 1.4 percentage points to 26.8%.
