Ultragenyx settled New Jersey patent litigation tied to Esjay’s ANDA for a generic version of DOJOLVI (triheptanoin) oral liquid.
The deal grants Esjay a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to launch a generic starting Jan. 1, 2033.
Launch shifts to July 1, 2033 if DOJOLVI receives pediatric exclusivity, subject to customary conditions.
Patent suits against other DOJOLVI ANDA filers remain pending in the same court.
