Ultragenyx to sell rare pediatric disease priority review voucher for $203 million
RARE•Ultragenyx signed an agreement to sell a Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher for $203 million. The voucher was awarded after FDA clearance of FAYUVI for mucopolysaccharidosis type IIIA, and closing is subject to customary conditions, including expiration of the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period.

Ultragenyx signed a definitive agreement to sell a Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher for $203 million. The voucher was awarded on FDA clearance of FAYUVI (UX111) for mucopolysaccharidosis type IIIA, also known as Sanfilippo syndrome Type A. Closing remains subject to customary conditions, including expiration of the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period.
