Ultrapar releases transcript of 2Q26 earnings call

Adjusted recurring EBITDA reached BRL 3.66 billion. Net profit hit a record BRL 1.68 billion, up 46% year over year.
Operating cash flow totaled a record BRL 4.79 billion. Net debt ended at BRL 8.86 billion. Leverage fell to 0.9x.
Shareholder returns and Ipiranga performance
Management brought forward shareholder returns with BRL 1.09 billion in dividends, or BRL 1 per share, alongside a buyback of up to 18 million shares.
Ipiranga posted recurring EBITDA of BRL 2.78 billion on 8% volume growth. Management guided for lower Q3 margins versus Q2.
