Uni-Fuels Holdings announces extraordinary general meeting of shareholders

Uni-Fuels Holdings will hold an extraordinary general meeting remotely on Sept. 8, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on adopting a third amended and restated memorandum and articles of association.

The changes include allowing ordinary resolutions by written consent with majority support, rather than unanimous approval.

The vote also covers an exclusive Cayman Islands forum clause for certain internal corporate disputes, with specified carve-outs.
