Merger filing supplemented with customer commitments
Union Pacific and Norfolk Southern said their merger filing with the Surface Transportation Board was supplemented with new customer commitments requested during the review process.
The package expands Committed Gateway Pricing, preserves competitive access for shippers, adds service-level protections during integration, and strengthens oversight through a new rate-relief process.
