Unipol Assicurazioni sold all 11,321,451 unexercised subscription rights on October 28, 2026, closing the stock exchange offering early. The rights cover up to 1,918,890 new ordinary shares, or approximately 1.58% of the rights issue.
2. Exercise terms
Buyers must exercise the rights by October 29, 2026, at EUR 20.56 per share. Every 59 rights entitle holders to 10 new shares, which will be credited and available on October 29.
3. Initial subscriptions
The initial subscription period generated EUR 2.46 billion from 119,663,430 new shares, covering approximately 98.42% of the offering.
