United Airlines will debut 10 exclusive inflight meals in its Polaris international business class on August 1, curated by 11 world-renowned chefs from key hubs like Chicago, Los Angeles, London and Tokyo. This collaboration with Chef’s Table leverages regional flavors to enhance United’s premium product offering.

United Airlines will introduce 10 new, exclusive meal experiences to its Polaris international business class menu starting August 1, 2026, partnering with Chef’s Table to bring restaurant-quality dishes to flights departing from its seven U.S. hubs and major international gateways.

2. Chef Lineup and Regional Menus

Eleven award-winning chefs from four continents will curate regionally inspired appetizers, salads and entrées reflecting culinary capitals such as Los Angeles (Nancy Silverton), São Paulo (Manu Buffara), Chicago (Jenner Tomaska), London (Tomos Parry) and Tokyo (Tashi Gyamtso). Each chef’s menu will launch on flights departing their home cities.
