United Airlines to Launch Four Weekly Nonstop Boeing 737 Flights to Cartagena from Houston and D.C.
UAL•United will launch year-round nonstop service from Houston (IAH) and Washington Dulles (IAD) to Cartagena (CTG) on December 17, operating four weekly Boeing 737 flights and marking its third Colombian destination alongside Bogota and Medellín. These routes link Cartagena to over 70 U.S. cities and feature seatback screens plus upcoming free Wi-Fi.
1. New Route Launch
United will begin year-round nonstop service from Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) to Cartagena (CTG) on December 17, operating four weekly round-trip flights using Boeing 737 aircraft.
2. Flight Amenities
Passengers on these flights will enjoy seatback entertainment screens with Bluetooth connectivity, larger overhead bins for roll-aboard luggage, and will soon have access to free Starlink Wi-Fi as part of the onboard experience.
3. Network Expansion
The Cartagena routes represent United's third Colombian destination, complementing existing service to Bogota and Medellín, and connect Cartagena to more than 70 U.S. cities through United's hubs in Houston and Washington, D.C.
