United Community secured the top spot in JD Power’s 2026 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study for the Southeast region, its 12th win in 17 years and third straight. The bank led five of seven dimensions—Trust, Convenience, Value, Account Offerings and Problem Resolution—based on feedback from 107,059 customers.

2. Performance Dimensions

The bank achieved the #1 ranking in five of seven customer satisfaction dimensions—Trust, Convenience, Value, Account Offerings and Problem Resolution—based on responses from 107,059 retail banking customers across over 150 banks.

3. Company Scale and Services

As of December 31, 2025, United Community managed $28 billion in assets across 199 offices in six states, offering banking, mortgage, wealth management, SBA lending and equipment finance services.

4. Business Implications
