United Community secured the top spot in JD Power’s 2026 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study for the Southeast region, its 12th win in 17 years and third straight. The bank led five of seven dimensions—Trust, Convenience, Value, Account Offerings and Problem Resolution—based on feedback from 107,059 customers.
