United States Antimony set CEO Gary C. Evans’ annual base salary at $430,000 under a three-year employment agreement effective Aug. 1, 2026. The agreement also provides performance-based bonus eligibility and severance terms.

1. Agreement terms

The agreement sets Evans’ annual base salary at $430,000, subject to annual review, and makes him eligible for an annual bonus tied to performance goals. If he is terminated without cause or resigns for good reason within 24 months of a change in control, severance is two times base salary plus target bonus. Outside that window, severance is 1.5 times base salary plus target bonus over 18 months, with a prorated annual bonus.
