United Therapeutics’ board authorized an additional $2 billion common stock repurchase program, available through October 21, 2027. The authorization has no minimum purchase requirement and will not be reduced by an accelerated share repurchase transaction entered into in September 2026, which is scheduled to end in the fourth quarter of 2026.
