The agreement eliminates a low double-digit royalty on net sales of all ralinepag formulations. United Therapeutics still owes a $250 million milestone upon the first U.S. marketing approval of inhaled ralinepag for pulmonary arterial hypertension, and a $150 million milestone upon the first oral ralinepag marketing approval for any indication in Japan or specified European markets.
