UniTek Global Services acquired Concurrent Utility Services, a Southeast-based infrastructure services firm focused on power grid modernization, overhead and underground utility construction, emergency restoration, environmental services and data center development. Financial terms were not disclosed and Concurrent will continue operating under its established brand with its existing leadership team.

The deal strengthens UniTek’s Power Services Division, launched in July 2025, by broadening its maintenance, upgrade and new infrastructure capabilities for the power sector. The acquisition adds a safety-first workforce and regional footprint to help capture growing demand for resilient and modernized power infrastructure across the United States.
