Universal Health Services priced a $1.1 billion senior secured notes offering in two tranches.
- The deal includes $600 million of 5.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2031.
- The second tranche totals $500 million of 6.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2036.
- The notes will be guaranteed on a senior secured basis by subsidiaries backing the company’s senior secured credit facility.
- J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, Truist Securities, U.S. Bancorp Investments and Wells Fargo Securities are lead underwriters.
