Cardholders will be notified via official channels from September; no action is required, and there will be no downgrades across the portfolio.

The move follows Visa’s refreshed three-tier Visa Infinite platform unveiled on July 16, 2026, targeting affluent customer segmentation in Asia Pacific.
UOB and Visa expand Visa Infinite tiers across ASEAN
UOB partnered with Visa to relaunch several card products across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam under new Visa Infinite tiers.
More than 300,000 UOB Visa Infinite cardholders across ASEAN will be upgraded to Visa Infinite Privilege or Visa Infinite Private.
