For Q3, Upland forecast revenue of $45.7 million to $48.7 million and adjusted EBITDA of $11.9 million to $13.4 million.
Q2 revenue falls, net loss widens
Upland Software posted Q2 2026 revenue of $49.1 million, down 8% year over year, primarily due to 2025 divestitures.
GAAP net loss widened to $35.3 million, driven by a non-cash goodwill impairment recorded in June 2026.
Adjusted EBITDA slipped to $12.8 million, while free cash flow rose to $5.3 million.
