Jennifer Simon named chief financial officer

Upland Software named Jennifer Simon chief financial officer, effective Aug. 17, 2026.

Simon joins from NextGen Healthcare, where she was senior vice president of finance. Previously, she held finance leadership roles at Quest Software, rising to interim CFO, with work on cost savings, M&A diligence, and debt restructuring.

Simon will lead global finance, including investor relations, as Upland tightens capital allocation and focuses on core intelligence domains.
