UPS•UPS expects 2026 revenue to be $91.2 billion, up from its previous forecast of $89.7 billion.
It previously warned that sustained fuel-price inflation could weaken consumer spending in the U.S., reducing demand for shipments across its network.
For the third quarter, UPS forecasts roughly flat revenue versus a year earlier and an operating margin of about 7%.
The median price target of 31 brokerages covering the stock is $115, according to data compiled by LSEG.
Including session moves, the stock is down 6.3% year to date.
Shares of delivery giant United Parcel Service were down about 6% at $106.1.
The company lifted annual revenue and profit forecasts above Wall Street estimates as it returned to growth on domestic demand strength after a planned volume pullback in Amazon.com.
However, shares fell on investor skepticism about the outlook.
