UPS reshaped its executive leadership effective Sept. 1, 2026, introducing a new global operating model.
- International, Healthcare and Supply Chain Solutions head Kate Gutmann will retire; she will serve as strategic adviser through March 2027.
- Wilfredo Ramos will succeed Gutmann as EVP and chief international, healthcare and supply chain solutions officer; he currently leads Asia Pacific and Brokerage.
- Nando Cesarone was named EVP and chief global operations officer, overseeing the global air network, surface transportation, engineering operations and sustainability.
- Matt Guffey was named EVP and chief U.S. domestic officer, running U.S. units including Small Package, Roadie and Happy Returns.
