Happy Returns added 1,700 Annex Brands and PackageHub centers, bringing its total to 10,000 drop-off points at UPS Stores, Staples and Ulta Beauty outlets.

79% of Americans now live within five miles of a Return Bar, up from 76%, while over a quarter reside within one mile of a drop-off location, reducing travel time for returns.

Utilizing UPS’s integrated logistics, packages dropped off can reach retailers in as little as 3.6 days, with an overall average return transit time of seven days across all clients.

4. Integration and Future Outlook

Since its acquisition by UPS in 2023, Happy Returns has integrated custom software into retailer systems and plans to unify all UPS return offerings under one software-managed umbrella to enhance reverse logistics efficiency.
