Ur-Energy appointed Vice President Finance Jade Walle as CFO, effective Dec. 1, 2026, when Roger Smith will retire after a 45-year career in mining finance and accounting. Walle joined the company in September 2025 and is a CPA with 30 years of experience; he was a PwC audit partner from 2011 to 2024.
